HOW TO ORDER
|
Items can be ordered three ways:
- through our shopping cart. When you place an order using this method you will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. This is a confirmation of the placing of the order only. We will then pull the items and ensure everything is in order as well as make any adjustments to the shipping required - we will never ask for additional shipping but will, if the parcel is lighter, reduce the shipping amount.

If you use options 2 or 3 be sure to note the item number of the item(s) you would like to order.
Remember . . . if you have a spam filter to add our e-mail address ( paladinbooks1@shaw.ca) to your friends list.
Should one or more items in your order have a condition classified as UK [Unknown condition email for $ & condition] we will pull the item then grade and final price the item. If the item is in a less than good condition, we will e-mail you with the full description and the reduced price for your approval. In a case like this, no charges will be made to your credit card until you have approved or declined the item.

Credit Cards
Payment by credit card is the fastest and most secure method of payment.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
(Credit cards other than through PayPal will appear on your statement as from Tim's Book Exchange, Winnipeg, Canada.)
If we have not contacted you within one business day from when you submitted your information, please contact us to ensure there were no problems with the submitted information.
Click  to pay by credit card. If you have any problems with the link to the secure payment option you may phone us at 1-877-371-2168 (toll free throughout North America & US Possessions).
The best times to call are between 11 am to 3 pm CENTRAL time and most evenings between 8 and 10 CENTRAL time. Please, no phone calls between 10:30 pm and 10:30 am.
If you miss us and have concerns with leaving credit card information on our password protected answering machine, leave your telephone number and a time (let us know your time zone) you would like your call returned. We will return your call at your convenience. We suggest e-mailing the expiry date for extra security.

For security reasons divide your number into 3 e-mails. Please include the item you are dealing with your e-mail address in all correspondence.
Money Orders
When sending a money order, please insure it is an International Money Order in US funds. Remember that postage to Canada is more. The average time for a letter to arrive from most locations in the US is 10 days from the date of the postmark. Be sure to include the your name, address, item number, title and author of the item(s) being ordered so we can match your payment with your order. The money order should be made payable to PaladinBooks.
Please include our order number for each item wanted (the 6-digit number found in each description), as well as the author and title, to ensure that you receive exactly the item you want. If alternates are acceptable, please advise the condition and price limits, which are acceptable to you.
PayPal
PayPal can ONLY be used for book orders, NO adult material can be paid for using PayPal as it is against their policies.
